In the sequel to 1985's Back to the Future, Robert Zemeckis again directs Michael J. Fox as time-traveling high-school kid Marty McFly. This time, instead of sending him back to the 1950s, Doc Brown (Christopher Lloyd) tells Marty he has to head into the future to prevent the death of his son. While there, he grabs a sports almanac, planning to return to the 1980s to make a fortune betting on games. But while Marty is hanging out in the future, the aged bully Biff steals the time-hopping DeLorean, grabs the almanac, and zips back to the '50s to give the book to his younger self. Biff becomes rich using the book and manages to marry Marty's mother. Marty is once again confronted with fixing the past to prevent himself from being erased from history.
